Iconic doesn’t currently have a catalog, but you can find a full range of our services and display options – for both purchase and rental on our website.

We regularly exhibit all over, and we are also a company with an extensive range of products and services. We’re unable to supply banner stands on a rental basis, but give us a call, and we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at our banner stand purchase prices which are so low you don’t need to rent!
We’re displaying at an exhibition soon, and we’ve found the Iconic display option that we want. We want to go ahead and place an order, but we don’t have an in-house design department at the company or a designer we like. Can Iconic help us?
If so, what do your design service options cost?
We sure can! At Iconic, we have a full team of excellent and highly experienced designers that produce prints and graphics for business shows and exhibitions all year round – in many different areas of commerce and business.
Not all graphic designers are experienced or equipped to provide quality artwork in a format suited to large format graphics, but at Iconic, it’s what we do every day – and do very well.

Costs for design services are $80 per hour, and the minimum charge for design services is one hour, or $80.
I keep seeing references to double-sided displays on your website. What does this mean, and where might I need double-sided materials when I’m exhibiting?
Double-sided artwork is for special situations. You won’t always need it, and here at Iconic, we’ll still be more than happy to advise as to whether you do or not.
The term means both sides of the material has prints on it. You would need to use a double-sided design if you were displaying at an exhibition and the spot you’d secured was visible from both sides in a detached or an ‘island’ position.
Guests at the exhibition would then be able to see both sides of the walls of your display or booth. Double-sided is well worth considering if you’re displaying in an island position. We’re displaying at an exhibition soon, and we only need a small kiosk, but we want to maximize impact and make it an interactive one. Can Iconic help us to do that?
Unfortunately, Iconic does not currently provide interactive kiosks – either for rental or for purchase.
My company is displaying at an exhibition soon, and because of the staffing I need at the event, I’m anxious about equipment weight issues. I’m relying on my staff to be able to move the display equipment around quickly and to be able to erect and dismantle it again after finishing the show.
Does Iconic provide any options when the weight of equipment is a big issue?
The good news is that yes, we certainly do! At iconic, we know there are times and organizations where the luxury of human resources isn’t there. We cater for such situations with some lightweight options in the form of pop-up kits.
Iconic will supply a trendy fabric pop-up kit that is extremely light and easy to move, erect, and takedown again – for any staff member.
When you select one of our 10-foot x 10-foot pop-up kits, the whole thing, including the handy carry bag that the display comes in, only weighs a total of 35 pounds – which is going to make your exhibiting easy.
When you need the convenience of lighter weight, ease of storage, and the smoothness of effortless maneuverability, the fabric pop-up option also comes in a package that features an ingenious hard travel case.
The case is on wheels, which means that moving from venue to venue, and around the site when you arrive there is effortless. That’s not all, however! Our hard-pop-up travel cases convert into display podiums once you’ve erected your stand.
No effort gets wasted with this system, and nothing requires storage during the event. The 10-foot x 10-foot option with a hard case will still only weigh approximately 65 – 70 pounds.
If you want to go with the hard-pop-up option and still need a wheeled podium/travel case, we can supply that, and the total weight of the 10-foot x 10-foot option will still be just 95 pounds.
All our pop-up podiums can be fitted with a custom graphic wrap, to make a great impression with the minimum amount of effort.
The great news is that your hard travel case is also what the pop-up display is shipped in, so there’s no bulky packaging to get rid of at the show. Our pop-up packages are a great option in terms of cost, convenience, and when weight is a significant logistical headache for one reason or another.
We’ve got a display stand, and we’re approaching an exhibition which we’d like to outfit with new carpet. Does Iconic provide a rental service for carpets?
Unfortunately, Iconic can’t help with carpet rentals unless they’re part of the requirements for a full rental kit. We’re happy to rent carpet along with an Iconic turnkey rental display system. We also sell carpet and vinyl flooring for trade show exhibits.
Our company has been using a display, and we no longer need to use it. Does Iconic buy used displays or equipment?
At Iconic, we ensure that every full display kit, piece of equipment, or specific custom item we supply – be it on a rental basis or for purchasing – is in premium and safe condition.
We go to the greatest of lengths to ensure that all our equipment is in serviceable condition. That’s just one of the reasons that at Iconic, we don’t engage in the buying of used equipment. You can be sure of the fact that absolutely everything you ever rent or buy from Iconic will always be new and from a top manufacturer.
If your company or organization has equipment or a display that you wish to move on, we suggest selling it on any of the many online platforms that can meet your requirements.
We already have a display set-up, and we want to add some monitors for an upcoming event or exhibition. Can Iconic help with renting us some monitors for that purpose?
We only rent out monitors when they are part of a rental kit for a display.
We have been surfing your website, and we have seen several options and configurations that could well suit our display needs for a soon to be happening exhibition at which we are displaying.
Would it be possible to get the locations of your showrooms, as we feel we would be able to decide more quickly if we could see some of the options available in real life?
Iconic is an internet-based business, so we do not have a showroom. The range of standard displays and equipment we can supply is so vast that we would need a massive showroom to display it all effectively.
That’s not to mention the limitless possibilities we can produce in terms of the expansive selection of custom options and equipment we can provide. Our friendly and helpful personnel here at Iconic are a knowledgeable bunch, and we are always waiting to help you with any queries you have.

Does Iconic supply Gridwall systems for rental or purchase?
Yes – we have gridwall options available for many of our truss exhibits (both purchase and turnkey rental) as well as for some of our modular offereings.
Our company manufactures a product that we would like very much to display at trade shows and exhibitions. The product is very loud to demonstrate, and we want to create a demo-room product.
Can Iconic help us with this requirement?
Iconic Displays does not currently provide demo-rooms or any specifically soundproof display booths, sorry. However, it is worth getting in touch with our team of friendly and helpful staff because there may be a bespoke (custom) option or design that will suit your needs.
Our company is in tech and the products we want to market at exhibitions are reliant on a high-quality internet connection via Wi-Fi so that they can be displayed and demonstrated to maximum effect. Can Iconic help us with Wi-Fi enabled booths?
Many of today’s companies and products need a great source of reliable Wi-Fi to make them work, and for them to demo effectively. It’s also true that today’s business environment always demands Wi-Fi be available.
That’s why all modern convention centers and exhibition halls provide excellent Wi-Fi service..
We have seen a specific kit or items of equipment that we can take on a rental basis only. However, these items are not shown options on the purchase section of the Iconic website.
What are our options?
The range of equipment, services, and display items that we provide here at Iconic is so broad that we can’t feature absolutely everything on our website, be it to rent or to buy.
However, every display shown on our rental section is also available for purchase!
We have an upcoming exhibition, and we already have a stand that suits all our requirements except one. We’ve noticed that our stand doesn’t jump out at potential clients and customers due to lack of lighting.

Iconic Dispalys has a variety of lighting options available for our booth offereings - both rental and purchase kits. We provide many different options for lighting in many different shapes and levels of brightness.
My company has an exhibition coming up, and we would like very much to have some touchscreen monitors or displays to make the stand more interactive and immersive for our potential clients and customers.
Can Iconic put an exhibition together that features touchscreens?
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with that requirement. Currently, Iconic only supply standard displays, and we don’t supply touchscreen displays.
Help! My company needs to make a great impression at an upcoming trade event, but we’re a startup, and our whole marketing budget is meager. We’re also very light on employees, time, and human resources when it comes to erecting and dismantling displays.
Does Iconic have an option for us? We can’t afford to spend much, but we can’t afford for our presentation to look cheap either. Is there anything available to us at all?

Iconic can talk you through a wide range of extras and solutions to your exact requirements. Extras for turnkey rental kits are available at an extra cost. We can provide rental rates for chairs, but unique graphics need to be purchased.
What materials do you use for your turnkey rental kits?
The structures or all our turnkey rental kits are either steel truss or extruded aluminum, depending on which package that you select. Steel truss turnkey rental solutions are not for use outdoors, due to corrosion issues. However, Iconic’s range of extruded aluminum turnkey kits is suitable for outdoor use.
We can supply turnkey rental options with "Slatwall" – which come with the versatility to be able to fit many different racks and holders easily, enabling the attractive display of all sorts of different products and promotional options.
Slatwall can be equipped to carry products as diverse as musical instruments and items of clothing At Iconic; we can even modify kits that incorporate shelves to include Slatwall to meet your display needs with as little hassle as possible.
It’s wise to talk to us about your turnkey rental kit as soon as is possible. At Iconic, we require that the Order for a Turnkey Rental Kit be finalized at least thirty days before the first day of show set-up to avoid Rush Fees.
