How to Get There
- Air: Daniel K. Inouye International HNL to the convention center is about 15 to 25 minutes off peak by rideshare or taxi
- Rail and Transit: Skyline rail connects to central Honolulu, with bus and shuttle options to the center and Waikiki
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones on Kalākaua Avenue and nearby streets; buffer time during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times; follow marshaling instructions in your exhibitor kit. Advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery; direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print; reconfirm during floor walk
