How to Get There
- Air: Pittsburgh International PIT to downtown is about 25–35 minutes off-peak by rideshare or taxi
- Rail and Transit: Amtrak at Penn Station; Port Authority light rail and buses serve downtown
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick-up zones on Ft. Duquesne Blvd and 10th St; buffer time during peak move-in/move-out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times; follow marshaling instructions in your exhibitor kit. Advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on-time delivery; direct-to-show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print; reconfirm during floor walk
