How to Get There
- Air: Minneapolis–Saint Paul MSP to MCC is about 20 to 35 minutes off peak by rideshare or taxi
- Rail and Transit: METRO Blue/Green Lines to Nicollet or Government Plaza; Skyway access to the center
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones along 2nd Ave S and adjacent streets; buffer time during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times; follow marshaling instructions in your exhibitor kit. Advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery; direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print; reconfirm during floor walk
- POV and hand carry rules vary by event; check caps and bring compliant carts
