How to Get There
- Air: Louisville Muhammad Ali International SDF to KEC is about 5–10 minutes; to KICC about 10–20 minutes off peak by rideshare or taxi
- Transit: TARC bus routes serve Downtown and the Fairgrounds corridor
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones on Phillips Lane at KEC and on Market/Jefferson near KICC; buffer time during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times and follow marshaling instructions in your exhibitor kit; advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery; direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
