How to Get There
- Air: LGA and JFK serve NYC with EWR as a regional option. Typical transfer to Javits is 30 to 60 minutes depending on airport and traffic
- Subway and Rail: 7 Train to 34 St Hudson Yards. Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall connect to Amtrak, LIRR, and NJ Transit with a short walk or taxi to Javits
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones on 11th Avenue. Add buffer during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times and follow marshaling instructions in your exhibitor kit. Advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery. Direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print, then reconfirm during floor walk
- POV and hand carry rules vary by event. Check caps and bring compliant carts
- Submit EAC forms and insurance early if using third party labor
Pack - Do and Do Not
- Bring: SEG fabric graphics, low residue gaffer tape, compliant cable covers, labeled small tools
- Avoid: High residue adhesives, unsecured power strips, non rated ladders, and restricted items listed in the kit
