How to Get There
- Air: Seattle Tacoma SEA to Downtown is about 20 to 35 minutes off peak by rideshare or taxi
- Rail and Transit: Link light rail to Westlake Station, then a short walk to Arch or Summit; Monorail connects to Seattle Center
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones around Pine, Pike, and 9th Avenue; buffer time during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to assigned target times and follow marshaling instructions in the exhibitor kit; use advance warehouse when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery; direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print; reconfirm during floor walk
