How to Get There
- Air: DCA is the closest airport. IAD and BWI are viable with rail or rideshare connections
- Metro and Rail: Green or Yellow Line to Mt Vernon Sq/7th St Convention Center. Amtrak and MARC or VRE to Union Station, then Metro
- Rideshare and Taxi: Use signed pick up zones around the perimeter. Pad time during peak move in and move out
- Freight: Book carriers to target times and follow marshaling instructions. Advance warehouse helps when timing is tight
Logistics
- Advance warehouse improves on time delivery. Direct to show can work with reliable carriers that hit your window
- Confirm electrical, data, and rigging drops before graphics go to print, and reconfirm during floor walk
